FOUNDATION AND GRADING
Your RedStar Home Inspector will use the latest technology to inspect your foundation. He will use a zip level machine to report accurate elevation readings. This saves time and the expense of hiring a structural engineer. Your inspector will also look for sheetrock cracks, brick cracks, door frame movement, and floor slopes. He will report anything that needs to be repaired due to improper grading around foundation walls, plumbing leaks, erosion or water ponding. He will report any inadequately ventilated crawl spaces and any post-tensioned cable ends that are not protected.
Pier and Beam
Your RedStar Home Inspector will crawl beneath the house and inspect every inch of the structure. He will report any deficiencies in structural components and ensure the general condition is in good standing.
